Rooms for press events
Press hall

Location: press centre (Sirius Park of Science and Art, first floor)
Capacity: 70 seats, 3-seat panel area
Equipment: conference system, wireless microphones, simultaneous interpretation equipment, 2 plasma screens, laptop for presentations, prompter monitor for the panel area, lighting equipment, speakers’ room

The cost of reserving a room for holding a press event includes:

provision of a specially equipped room for up to one hour;

provision of the following organizing and hosting services:

preparation of the hall for the press event;

managing the hall during the event;

announcement of the event to accredited Russian Investment Forum media:

inclusion of the event in the press events programme;

distribution of announcements about press events at information stands in the press centre next to the information and services points;

The cost of booking a signing ceremony point includes:

exclusive access to a specially equipped signing ceremony point for up to 15 minutes*;

protocol and administrative support for up to 3 signing ceremonies;

managing the signing ceremony point during the event;

The cost of reserving an interview room includes:
- provision of a specially equipped room with branded wall panels for up to 45 minutes.

Press points are designed for interaction between Russian Investment Forum official programme participants and the media.

Press points are designed with Russian Investment Forum branding and equipped with a PA system and lighting equipment.
They are provided free of charge.
Applications to hire press points will be accepted until 9 February 2022.
Protocol and organizational support
It will be possible to book the customary protocol and organizational support services for signing ceremonies and press conferences at any venue within the Forum press centre provided by the Russian Investment Forum Organizing Committee for press events (press conferences, briefings, signing ceremonies, interviews, and live media events).
Please ensure that you complete a separate application to request protocol and organizational support services.
