Investment in Pochta Bank, a joint project between Russian Post and VTB, is paying off. Over the first year of operations, the bank registered 6.5 million customers, mostly elderly people and pensioners.

VTB Chairman Andrey Kostin informed President Vladimir Putin that VTB will invest RUB 30 billion in Russian Post in 2018 to build an extensive logistics network with e-commerce as its main objective.
