Bags will only be issued to participants and media representatives who have received their accreditation badges.
Bags are issued to Premium Package participants and media representatives.
BAG COLLECTION
Bags are issued in person only upon presentation of a participant or media representative badge at the participant bag distribution point.
If a bag is collected by power of attorney, an authorized person must present: 
A third party acting on a power of attorney may collect participant bags only if they have a badge allowing access to the business programme event zone of the Russian Investment Forum.
