LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS
In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any items prohibited at the Forum venue at their accommodation or in their vehicle.

ACCREDITATION BADGE
The Forum business programme venue and a number of events on the cultural and sporting programmes may only be accessed with an accreditation badge.
Participants should keep their badge and identity document (passport) with them at all times while at the Forum venue.
The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.
If the accreditation badge is lost or damaged, participants should go to the Help Desk or any accreditation stand. The lost badge will be blocked and a duplicate will be issued upon written request from the badge holder.
Before collecting a badge, please make sure that criteria 1–5 in the diagram below have been observed:
HOW TO FIND OUT IF YOUR BADGE IS READY
There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR COLLECTING A BADGE
Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person (upon presentation of the identity document indicated in the personal web office) or by a third party acting on the basis of a power of attorney.
If there have been any changes to a participant’s ID since the application was completed, the personal data in the personal web office needs to be updated accordingly. If changes need to be made to fields that cannot be edited, participants should inform a Roscongress Foundation specialist.
Before issuing a badge, an accreditation point attendant will make sure that the data specified in the personal web office corresponds to the participant’s ID. In the event of any discrepancies in the data, it will not be possible to issue a badge on the same day.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR AN AUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY COLLECTING A BADGE
If a participant’s badge is being collected by a third party using a power of attorney, the authorized person must present the following:

** Without a list and copies of the passports of all participants to be accredited, the power of attorney is invalid. Passport copies will be returned once the badges have been issued.
ACCREDITATION POINTS
We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow, Krasnodar or Sochi.

Please note that participants can pay the participation fee or the cost of any services provided by the Roscongress Foundation at the financial services stands at accreditation point on the territory of checkpoint 1 (Sirius Park of Science and Art). A 5.5% commission is charged when paying at the financial services stand.
If a participant arrives at the Forum venue in an accredited vehicle, the vehicle driver must also be accredited. Driver badges and transport passes are issued at the Omega Sirius Park hotel (3, Olimpiysky Prospekt). The timetable for issuing transport passes and driver badges is available in the ‘Accreditation of personal vehicles’ section of the Forum website.
