Investment in the medical cluster set up in the hillside part of the city of Barnaul in the Altai Territory nine years ago has reached RUB 16.2 billion. “Today, our region plays an important role in healthcare in the Siberian Federal District and the whole country. The Barnaul medical cluster alone has received RUB 16.2 billion in investment over the last nine years, including RUB 7.1 billion in federal funds and the rest from the region”, Altai Territory Governor Alexander Karlin said.
