The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) along with its partners plans to invest billions of dollars in the Russian economy in 2018, RDIF Chief Executive Officer Kirill Dmitriev said on Tuesday in an interview with the Rossiya 24 TV channel.

“We are planning investments in technology, which will account for up to 25% of the funds invested by the RDIF. We have already invested more than a trillion roubles in the Russian economy together with our partners, so we are talking about very substantial funds. Our partnership with leading sovereign funds will definitely allow us to invest billions of dollars jointly in the Russian economy in 2018”, he said.
