Investments in Russia’s commercial real estate amounted to USD 4.6 bn in 2017, up 9% on the previous year. The fourth quarter proved the most fruitful: the results for the last three months of 2017 were 88% higher than in the same period of 2016, reaching USD 1.9 bn.
The largest portion of the investment was claimed by retail real estate: 40% of the total. Offices came second with 34%.
