The International Monetary Fund is seeing positive dynamics in the Russian economy, IMF Spokesperson Gerry Rice said.
The organization’s January report, which will be published at the end of January, contains “updated indicators on growth” in the Russian economy. Rice noted that Russia has overcome two years of recession and may once again expect an increase in GDP thanks to its macroeconomic policies.
