Information about the accreditation procedure for exhibitor organizations

Submission of accreditation applications
Receipt of accreditation package
Accreditation for the assembly/disassembly period is required for the employees, drivers, and vehicles of exhibitor organizations that will be located on the territory of the Russian Investment Forum for work-related purposes from 00:01 on 4 February 2020 until 18:00 on 11 February 2020 and from 08:00 on 15 February 2020 until 23:00 on 17 February 2020.
Accreditation for the duration of the Forum and the assembly/disassembly period is required for exhibitors, drivers, and vehicles of exhibitor organizations that will be located on the territory of the Russian Investment Forum for work-related purposes during the assembly/disassembly period and also over the duration of the Forum from 18:00 on 11 February 2020 until 08:00 on 15 February 2020.
Please note that additional accreditation for the assembly/disassembly period is not required for an exhibitor, driver, or vehicle that is accredited for the duration of the Forum.
To obtain accreditation, exhibitors, employees, drivers, and vehicles requires must:
Submit an organization card to the Technical Personnel and Vehicle Accreditation Department.
Obtain an individual user name (login) and password in person or via email in order to log on to the personal web office.
Complete registration applications for exhibitors, employees, drivers, and vehicles using the specified form in accordance with the selected accreditation period.
Upload photos of the exhibitors and drivers who will be located on the territory of the Russian Investment Forum for work-related purposes over the duration of the Forum and during the assembly/disassembly period.
The photos must meet the following requirements:
- photo size of 480x640 pixels;
- the photo must be colour against a white background of the ‘document’ type;
- jpg or jpeg format;
- the image must be full-face without any headgear;
- the face image must take up at least 70% of the photo.
Accreditation applications for exhibitors, employees, drivers, and vehicles are accepted from 1 December 2019 until 23 January 2020.
The Forum operator has the right to reject accreditation applications without explanation.
Picking up the accreditation package
Temporary passes for the assembly/disassembly period, badges for exhibitors and drivers, and transport passes for the duration of the Forum shall be issued in a SINGLE accreditation package (AP) to the designated person upon presenting a passport, power of attorney, and lists thereto.
Exhibitors/employees/drivers may not pick up badges/passes in person.
The AP may be picked up only after the date and time have been coordinated with a specialist from the Technical Personnel and Vehicle Accreditation Department who is in charge of accrediting your organization.
You can print a copy of the power of attorney and the attached lists of exhibitors, employees, vehicles, and drivers from your personal web office (‘Power of attorneys and lists’ section).
When picking up and temporary passes under a power of attorney, you must present copies of the passports of all exhibitors, employees, and drivers awaiting accreditation according to the lists for the power of attorney.
If any discrepancies are found in the data that has been entered with the passport data, the badge can only be issued after changes are made and the application is reprocessed (at least 3 business days).
