The Russian export center

The Russian export center (REC) is the state institution for export support established with the Russian Government assistance. REC is a “single window” for financial and non-financial support as well as for cooperation with the relevant ministries and institutions. The Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance (EXIAR) and Eximbank of Russia were integrated in the group of Russian export center to completely implement the “single window” concept.

REC provides a wide range of services for non-oil companies at all stages of export cycle, cooperates with the public authorities, preparing suggestions for improving Russian business climate in terms of foreign trade activities, interacts with business and expert community, participates in removing economic and administrative barriers and decreasing the number of “system” limitations.

Genesis

Genesis is a premium brand launched in November 2015. Genesis vehicles feature the highest standards of automotive industry and leading engineering solutions, elegant design and outstanding driving dynamics.

The Genesis brand seeks to create a new definition of luxury, which will form the basis of future models that are maximally customer oriented. 

The company plans to expand the model range to six cars by 2020 in several segments.

In the Russian market, the Genesis brand was introduced in September 2016. The first model of the brand is the flagship premium G90 and G90L. State Corporation “Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)”

Mobile app is the core of the bank’s digital platform. In 2016 it was ranked among top 3 best apps of Russian mobile banks. In 2017 online loan arrangement and payment documents recognition were launched in the application.

National projects

The bank participates in the “Far Eastern Hectare” state program implementation by providing landowners with incentive rate – from 8,5% up to 10.5% annual rate. The amount of a loan is up to 600K rubles.

Ecological activity
  
During the year the bank’s clients helped to recover 1M trees in 25 Russian national parks as a part of the eco project “Give the forest as a gift to a friend”. Three years after the project launch, 2M trees (500 hectares of the new forest) were recovered.


PJSC Rostelecom

AHML

AHML was established in 1977 with a remit to implement the national housing policy. It is wholly owned by the Russian government through the Federal Agency for State Property Management. AHML sets the strategic direction for the Russian housing market development, improving the affordability of modern comfortable housing and reshaping the urban environment. In 2015, AHML served as a basis for a newly established Integrated Housing Development Institution. As part of its activities, AHML fosters the development of the mortgage lending, mortgage-backed securities and rental housing markets, including the use of collective investments, and brings idle land plots owned by the federal government into development. One of the Agency’s priorities is creating a comfortable urban environment in Russia. To that end, AHML is developing the Standards of Integrated Development to drive the transformation of all 1,112 Russian cities and towns, and the Urban Environment Quality Index – a tool for municipal heads and research and design companies to identify and address key urban challenges. Other targets include the transformation of Rossiysky Capital into a universal mortgage and construction bank under the ДОМ.РФ brand, expected to rank among the country's Top 3 banks by mortgage loans issued in 2020.


Russian venture company (RVC)

RVC – is the Russian government’s fund of funds and the development institute of the Russian Federation, one of country’s key tools to create and expand the national innovation system. RVC’s main objectives are to promote Russia’s venture investment industry, and to take on the role as the project office for the National Technology Initiative (NTI). The company has a wide range of programs to develop Russia’s venture investment market establish educational and organizational services for market players, as well as increase the ability of Russian technology companies to compete in the global marketplace.

RVC’s authorized capital amounts to RUB 30,011,320,700. RVC’s capital is owned in full by the Russian Federation represented by the Russian Federal Agency for State Property (Rosimuschestvo). The total number of RVC funds has reached 26 (including two funds in foreign jurisdictions), with their total size of RUB 35.1 bn. The share of RVC is RUB 22.5 bn. The number of innovative companies approved for investment by RVC funds reached 216 in 2017. The total volume of approved investments is RUB 17 bn.


MMC Norilsk Nickel
