By signing an agreement at the Russian Investment Forum venue, participants will be able to:
- hold the signing ceremony in a specially prepared, fully equipped room
- enjoy a full range of specialist protocol and administrative services
- publically announce collaboration with Russian and international partners at a world-leading business forum
- ensure that the agreement signing ceremony receives widespread coverage in Russian and international media
Separate rooms will be provided at the Russian Investment Forum venue, decorated in the event’s corporate style and fitted with all necessary audio and video equipment, and other technical facilities required by the media during the event.

Cost: RUB 66,125 per hour (excluding VAT)
Agreement signing hall bookings include:
- exclusive access to a specially equipped room for up to one hour
- assistance with organizational and administrative aspects:
- setting up the room for agreement signing ceremonies
- managing the room during the event
- announcing the event to Russian Investment Forum accredited media representatives
- including the ceremony in the press events programme
- posting agreement signing ceremony announcements at information stands in the press centre, next to the information and services centres
- sending text message notifications to Russian Investment Forum accredited media representatives
Applications to reserve agreement signing halls will be accepted until February 20, 2017.
Protocol and administrative support services for agreement signing ceremonies include:
- drafting of runnings orders for signing ceremonies;
- agreeing of the details of the ceremony with the client;
- checking compliance of the approved running orders with Forum rules;
- briefing all signatories and ceremony participants to ensure successful implementation of the approved running order;
- the services of a professional presenter;
- the services of professional assistants for the signatories;
- provision of folders for signing;
- provision of pens for signing;
- provision of name cards on tables for the signatories;
- press briefing after the ceremony (if required).
